Oyster Production Reporting

What Must Be Reported
Shellfish Dealers (SS, SP) must report all market-size oysters they harvest or purchase from a permitted harvester (H). Report the quantity of live shellstock oysters in dozens and shucked oysters in pints.

What Shouldn't Be Reported
Oysters purchased from another dealer (Shellstock Shipper (SS) or Shucker-Packer(SP)) should not be included on this report to prevent duplication of oyster production data.

What type of dealer permit do you hold?

Live Shellstock Oysters Reporting: For each month in a calendar year, report the total dozens of market-size oysters harvested by your company or purchased from a permitted harvester of live oysters (shellstock) sales for each month. If your company did not harvest or purchase oysters for market in certain months, indicate "ZERO" in the Oyster Production Volume section for those months.*
