  • What Must Be Reported
    Shellfish Dealers (SS, SP) must report all market-size oysters they harvest or purchase from a permitted harvester (H). Report the quantity of live shellstock oysters in dozens and shucked oysters in pints.

    What Shouldn't Be Reported
    Oysters purchased from another dealer (Shellstock Shipper (SS) or Shucker-Packer(SP)) should not be included on this report to prevent duplication of oyster production data.
